What am I actually getting at this appointment?
For the lived in blondes: think a full head of foils or balayage, but with your natural hair mixed in - especially at the roots. It’s not all of your ends platinum blonde and all of your roots dark, it’s sunkissed, it’s bright and summery, it’s natural but better!
These colours grow out really well, and should last you 3-6 months (or longer) with little to minimal maintenance needed!
For the lived in brunettes: think a subtle sunkissed glow - it’s brunette hair, with dimension, movement, brightness and shine. We’ll do 20-30 foils or balayaged foils, a bit of face framing (if you want it) and follow it up with a super glossy glaze to make sure we’re nailing the tones you’re after.
If you’ve been blonde and you’re wanting to go a bit darker, it might mean using some of the lightness you’ve already got, and adding in something more like your natural, it might mean adding lowlights, it might mean adding 2 or 3 different tones - all to make sure it’s not one flat colour all over and it doesn’t look like you got your friend to dye it in the bathroom.
If you’re planning on a big change - like blonde to brunette, brunette to blonde, natural or full bleach to lived in - we’d love if you could let us know before your appointment. This gives us the ability to make sure we’re setting aside enough time for your transformation and to make sure you leave with a colour you absolutely love!
